3.Will your company be responsible after the goods go wrong, and how long will it take to deal with it? Is there a charge for handling defective products?
A: After the goods leave the factory, if there is a quality problem, we are fully responsible for free replacement during the warranty period; 24 hours response, 72 hours processing; no charge if it is caused by our company.
4.How does your quality control system work?
A: We have an ISO9001 quality management system. Everything is operated according to the system. All packaging boxes are issued by the engineering department for the production department's reference. The specific control is as follows:
1). First, the raw materials must be inspected by IQC when entering the warehouse, and then they will be put into the warehouse after being qualified;
2). During the production process, IPQC conducts inspections during the production process, and each production line product must be fully inspected by the line inspection QC before being put into the box;
3). Before shipment, the QA personnel will conduct random inspections according to the international standard AQL sampling standard table, and the goods will be shipped only if they pass the random inspection.
